DESCRIPTION:Microsoft Teams\n\nThis training will provide an in-depth overv
 iew of the Coordinated Entry system in Cincinnati\, including a look at ea
 ch of the following phases: planning\, access\, assessment\, prioritizatio
 n\, and referral. Other topics discussed in this training are Chronic Home
 lessness\, a brief overview of Permanent Housing types\, and new changes t
 o policy processes. Agency providers who administer the VISPDAT housing as
 sessment are required to attend at least one Coordinated Access annual tra
 ining. This training is open to any community member or agency involved wi
 th the Coordinated Entry system\, whether directly or indirectly. Agency s
 taff working in community shelters and outreach programs\, CoC or ESG-fund
 ed housing programs\, supervisors\, and administrators are highly encourag
 ed to attend this annual training. CEU’s will NOT be provided for this t
 raining.
