DESCRIPTION:Teams\, we will handle sending out the link to those who regist
 er.\nDescription/Special Instructions: The LGBTQ cultural humility trainin
 g builds a foundation of basic concepts for participants with an interacti
 ve portion\, provides "dos and don'ts\," and a brief overview of special c
 onsiderations when working with LGBTQ folks. Ohio Counselor\, Social Worke
 r and Marriage and Family Therapist Board CEU's will be provided. Space is

 ou need to cancel registration. Trainers Bio: Zoey Peach is a health educa
 tor at Caracole with a focus on rural health and the Trans population. She
  is a 2016 graduate of Transylvania University with a degree in women’s 
 and gender studies. Zoey has been working in the field of HIV prevention f
 or six years in various community settings. Prior to her work in HIV preve
 ntion\, her efforts were focused on providing safe and inclusive school en
 vironments for LGBTQ youth. Ariel Shaw is a health educator with Caracole.
  She is a 2020 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’
 s in Women’s\, Gender\, and Sexuality Studies. Ariel has worked in the h
 ealth education field for a little over a year. She spends her time workin
 g with her colleagues to provide HIV-related services\, such as HIV/HCV te
 sting\, resources\, and education in the community. Much of her work cente
 rs around making sure trans people within Cincinnati have access to the ca
 re they need and providing them with the tools to advocate for themselves.
