DESCRIPTION:The Office of Special Needs Assistance (SNAPS) recently announc
 ed the opening of the CoC Builds application process. The purpose of this 
 NOFO is to add new units of PSH for individuals and families experiencing 
 homelessness through construction\, acquisition\, or rehabilitation. There
  is $175million available through this process\, however $65million is ava
 ilable only for CoCs that are located in states with populations of fewer 
 than 2.5million people. CoCs may submit 1 application per CoC however the 
 application may include more than one subrecipient. The application is due
  before midnight on November 21\, 2024. If your organization is interested
  in applying for funding through the CoC Builds NOFO in OH-500 Cincinnati/
 Hamilton County\, please attend this public information session to review
