SUMMARY:Risking Connection Basic Training -  - 23 Feb 21 09:00
DESCRIPTION:Risking Connection is intensive training within a trauma-inform
 ed care modality. All attendees will be able to understand the impact of t
 rauma\, recognize the symptoms and associated behaviors\, and create traum
 a-responsive services. Risking Connection is a systems-level approach with
  the goal of enacting the modality at all levels of the collaborating orga
 nizations. Participants will also develop ways to safely deal with vicario
 us trauma through participating in self-care.\n\nThis training is only ope
 n to staff members at Family Housing Partnership organizations and St. Vin
 cent de Paul Society.\n\nThe training is a 6-day training taking place on 
 Feb. 23\, 24 and 25th and March 1\, 2\, 3rd\, from 9am to 12pm\; and will 
 be utilizing Zoom. The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent out a day or 
 two before the meeting.\n\nThis is eligible for up to 18 CEUs if you atten
 d for the full time.
