  \nCoC PRIORITIZATION PROCESS REVIEW\n\nAt this meeting\, the CoC 2020 sco
 ring metrics will be released and the full CoC will have the \nopportunity
  to hear a detailed explanation of the 2020 scoring criteria for projects 
 applying to be \nin the FY 2020 CoC application to HUD.  STEH will also gi
 ve a thorough explanation of the new\nscoring processes for automated pull
 ing of scorecards. The metrics will have been proposed by the \nScoring Su
 b-committee and will have been approved by the Homeless Clearinghouse by t
 his date. \nAttendees will be trained on what will be included in and how 
 to review the NEW 2020 automated  \nCoC Competition Scorecard. \n
