 ivities will consist of:\nTaking Care: Resilience for Professionals\nIn th
 is session participants will grow in their understanding of nourishing the
 ir own resilience. Together we will engage in activities that integrate th
 e mind and the body. The experiential nature of the session will invite in
 trospection as well as connection with others as a way to foster nourishme
 nt and well-being.\n\nObjectives:\nParticipants will learn about 5 Resilie
 nce Factors.\nParticipants will understand how to build 5 Resilience Facto
 rs for themselves.\nParticipants will understand how to Regulate\, Relate 
 and Reason as a way of caring for self.\n\nThe Embodied Practitioner\nTrau
 ma is stored in the body. Healing begins when we are able to access awaren
 ess that leads to regulation. This session will support participants in tu
 ning into the felt sense and exploring practical ways to center regulation
  as an action step in their own self-care practice.\n\nObjectives:\nPartic
 ipants will engage in interactive exercises that integrate the mind and bo
 dy. Participants will learn ways to return to a state of balance and calm 
 to reach states of regulation.\n\nThe activities will be led by:\nSarah Bu
 ffie MSW\, LSW\, founding director of Soul Bird Consulting believes that n
 othing has the power to heal like supportive relationships. Specializing i
 n trauma responsive care\, she helps organizations and individuals disrupt
  current models of thinking by building empathy and understanding around t
 he effects of trauma. \n\nLunch included.
